Error during Multiple Video Import?

If you are reading this guide, it's because you have encountered an error during the import of your YouTube videos in the Multiple Videos section.

To resolve the error, follow these simple steps:

1) Disconnect your YouTube channel from Upmyt (Don't worry, you won't lose your videos published on Upmyt).

Go to settings and click on DISCONNECT in the "Connect your YouTube channel to Upmyt" section. Refer to the image below to be sure.

2) Access your Google Account

- Go to Data and Privacy

- Scroll down to find: Third-party services and apps

- Find and select UPMYT

Click on "Delete all your connections with UPMYT" and click "confirm"

3) Go back to
- Go to the Promote section, you will see the screen to re-associate your YouTube channel.

- Enter your credentials to access the YouTube channel, you will see this screen.

- Go to Promote and select multiple videos and click "Import videos".

If you have followed the entire procedure correctly, you should see the last 50 videos from your YouTube channel."

Promote Account
