Can I associate more than one YouTube channel?
At the moment, it is not possible to associate more than one YouTube channel with a single Upmyt account. However, you can associate only one YouTube channel per Upmyt account. This means that if you want to promote more than one channel on Upmyt, you will need to create a separate account for each channel you want to associate. By following this procedure, you can manage and promote multiple YouTube channels through separate accounts on Upmyt.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from the "settings" → "delete account" section.
Once this process is complete, your Upmyt account will be deleted, and you will no longer be able to access it. It is advisable to make this decision carefully, as deleting your account will result in the loss of all data and information associated with your profile.
What is the "disconnect" button in settings for?
The "disconnect" button in the "settings" section is used to dissociate your YouTube channel from Upmyt.
Example: If you change the image of your YouTube channel, if you change the name of your YouTube channel, etc., click on the "disconnect" button, then click on "promote" to be redirected to the page for associating your YouTube channel. Once re-associated, you can continue using Upmyt; otherwise, you may encounter some errors when creating video campaigns on Upmyt.
If I click on "disconnect," will I lose all the videos published on Upmyt?
No, if you use the "disconnect" button, you will not lose the videos you have published on Upmyt. It will be sufficient to re-associate your YouTube channel to regain control of your ongoing campaigns.

There are two ways to import your YouTube videos to Upmyt:
Single video import:
Desktop: To create a new single YouTube video promotion campaign, click "promote" and select "Single Video". You will need to enter the link of the video you want to sponsor and indicate the number of coins you want to invest.
Mobile/App: To create a new single YouTube video promotion campaign, click "promote" and select "Single Video". You will need to enter the link of the video you want to sponsor and indicate the number of coins you want to invest.
Multiple video import:
Desktop: To create a new multiple YouTube video promotion campaign, click "promote", select "Multiple Videos", and click on "Import Videos from YouTube". The last 50 videos you have published on YouTube will be uploaded.
Mobile/App: To create a new multiple YouTube video promotion campaign, click "promote", select "Multiple Videos", and click on "Import Videos from YouTube". The last 50 videos you have published on YouTube will be uploaded.
Which YouTube videos can I import to Upmyt?
You can only import videos associated with your YouTube channel to Upmyt. This means that only videos on your YouTube channel can be imported and promoted through the Upmyt platform. When attempting to import a video to Upmyt, the system checks if the video is associated with your YouTube channel. If the video is not associated with your channel, you will receive an error message and will not be able to proceed with the import.
How many videos can I import to Upmyt?
There are no import limits for videos on Upmyt. You can import an unlimited number of videos from your YouTube channel to the platform. How do I earn coins?

- Watching videos: You can earn coins simply by watching other users' videos on Upmyt. Each view of at least 30 seconds will instantly credit you with a certain number of coins.
